Svoboda Sentenced Feb. 3
    Leroy Svoboda, former Valley County Deputy Sheriff was sentenced Wed., Feb. 3 2010 after being found guilty of the following counts on Nov. 25, 2009, Count 1: Abuse of a vulnerable Adult, a Class IIIA felony and Count 2: Abuse of a vulnerable adult, a Class IIIA felony.
    Svoboda was sentenced to probation for a period of  two years.
