Jr. High State Track Championship | | The 2012 7/8th track teams have concluded a very successful spring track season. The girls' team dominated every regular season and meet and the boys' team was very competitive in every meet, finishing anywhere from first to fifth in team results. The team was very fortunate to have great weather throughout, making for a very enjoyable season. The season saw some very good performances by our athletes. What is even more pleasing to the coaches is the effort put forth by the athletes themselves. | Ord Track Teams Win C-8 District Meets | | The Ord High School track and field teams brought home the championship plaques from both the girls and boys C-8 district track meet last Thursday. The girls won the meet with 142 points and 18 points better than runner-up Grand Island Central Catholic (124) while the boys finished first with 127 points and 49 points ahead of Nebraska Christian (78).
