17 Graduate From North Loup-Scotia
North Loup-Scotia High School held their commencement exercises for the Class of 2008 on Sun., May 4 at 2:30 p.m. in the high school gym.
Ms. Kristine Linke, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Michael Linke of Scotia was the valedictorian. Ms. Whitney Hansen, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Dennis Hansen of North Loup was the salutatorian.
There were 17 students that received diplomas. Students with an asterisk by their names received an honor diploma. This means they had a 90 percent average or higher and enrolled in a challenging curriculum.
The NL-S Class of 2008 includes: Alexander Antosch, Melissa Anne Hansen*, Whitney Jo Hansen*, Haley Catherine Hanson*, Kelli Renae Hermsmeyer*, Haley Marie Jensen*, David Alfred Kluthe, Kristine Michelle Linke*, Jenae Anne Malmstrom, Rebekah Faith Mattison*, Hannah Jannelle Rogers-Slane*, Mercedes Marie Roy*, Molly Kay Sanburg, Chrystal Lynn Severance, Michael Anthony Sheldon, Jose Santos Trejo, Timothy Lee Vogeler.
Amazon Expedition At Bethel Baptist Church
